Potatoes with beans

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can of green beans
  • 300 g potatoes
  • 200 g carrot(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • savory, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel and boil the potatoes. Meanwhile, peel the carrots and slice them very thinly. Drain the cooked potatoes and add the carrots and beans. Chop everything, e.g., with a fork, and let it stand on the hot stovetop for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and savory if desired.
