Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 small eggs
  • 60 g cream cheese, grainy
  • some salt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Low-carb rolls

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius (300 degrees Fahrenheit). Separate the eggs. Whisk together the egg yolks, cream cheese, salt, and seeds. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and carefully fold in. Place 4 flatbread-shaped balls, approximately 10 cm in diameter, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the preheated oven at 150 degrees Celsius (300 degrees Fahrenheit) for approximately 20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly, remove from the baking sheet, and top with your favorite toppings or use as burger buns.
