Chia pudding with vanilla yogurt

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 ml almond milk (almond drink) (almond drink)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp soy yogurt (yogurt alternative), vanilla flavor
  • n. B. Fruit, e.g. pear, mango, apple, fresh or frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix 100 ml of almond milk with the 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and let it swell in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Then stir again and let it sit in the refrigerator, ideally overnight, until a pudding-like consistency forms. Then pour the soy yogurt over the mixture and garnish with fruit (you can also use frozen fruit), if desired.
