Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 200 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 100 g ground almonds
- 50 g chia seeds
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 15 g baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Mix all the ingredients, knead into a dough, shape into desired shape, and bake in the oven at 180°C for 45 minutes. At first, I couldn’t believe how simple and delicious this bread was, and that it worked without a pan.
