Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 chicken legs
- 1 bag of rice, as desired
- 1 jar bamboo shoot(s)
- 4 cups chicken stock
- g butter
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours
simple but extremely tasty
Season the chicken thighs to taste and fry them in the melted butter. Then cook in a covered pan over low heat for about 1 hour. Remove and cut into bite-sized pieces. Add the rice to the pan drippings and simmer until tender, stirring constantly and adding small amounts of the chicken stock. At the end of cooking, add the bamboo shoots and meat.
