Chia yogurt rolls

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g wholemeal flour, e.g. spelt, rye (can also be replaced with white flour)
  • 100 g Flour Type 405
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • ½ tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 50 g butter or margarine
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 150 g natural yogurt, low-fat
  • Milk
  • 1 handful of grains of your choice, e.g., chia seeds, oat flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

wholesome, quick, easy, delicious

Preheat the oven to 170°C fan/convection oven. Knead all ingredients except the milk and seeds with a dough hook or by hand. Shape the dough into 9 balls, each weighing 75g, and flatten them slightly on a baking sheet. Brush with milk and sprinkle with seeds, grains, or other ingredients, pressing them down lightly. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. They taste best warm!
