Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g chia seeds
- 100 g pumpkin seeds, chopped
- 50 g oat bran
- 30 g sesame seeds
- 1 tsp, heaped psyllium husk flour
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp, sautéed cardamom
- 500 ml water, hot

Combine the dry ingredients and stir in the hot water. Spread the dough thinly and evenly on two baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Moisten your hands frequently to help spread the dough. Dry in the oven at 120°C (convection oven) for at least 60 minutes. After about 15 minutes, cut into slices using a pastry wheel. Depending on the oven, additional drying time may be necessary.
