Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g chicken breast fillet(s), cut into strips
- 1 onion(s), cut into half rings
- 1 bell pepper(s), diced
- 1 zucchini, cut into half rings
- 1 can mushrooms, whole heads
- corn
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- 200 g herb cream cheese
- rice
- salt water

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
quick, easy and delicious
Prepare the rice in salted water as usual. Brown the onion halves and the sliced chicken in a pan with oil. Add the bell peppers and zucchini (half rings). Season well during the cooking. When the vegetables are cooked, add the mushrooms and corn to taste. Finally, add the cream cheese and mix well. Tip: Place a sieve over the boiling rice and steam the bell peppers in it. This will help them soften more quickly.
