Chicken Breast Fell Pan
The perfect chicken breast fell pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Red peppers
- 1 Vegetable onion
- 700 g Chicken inner trap
- 500 g Tomatoes happened
- Vegetable broth powder
- Soy sauce dark
- 1 packet Soup greens fresh
- Black pepper from the mill
- Olive oil
- 1 Can Cherry tomatoes
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 Teaspoon (level) Smoked paprika powder
- 1 Teaspoon (level) Chilli flakes
- Cut the chicken Fiele into cubes approx. 2 cm thick. Place in a bowl and marinate with 3 tablespoons of soy sauce for approx. 30 minutes. Put a tablespoon of olive oil in a hot pan, fry the chicken cubes on all sides, remove from the pan and set aside.
- Cut the carrots and celery from the soup greens into slices and sauté in the same pan with the meat juice for about 20 minutes. Chop the onion and garlic and add them.
- Cut the bell pepper and leek into small pieces and add the tomatoes. Add the broth (depending on your taste) and let everything simmer for about 30 minutes. Now season everything with pepper, chilli and the smoked paprika powder.
- Finally add the meat and cherry tomatoes and warm everything over low heat. Serve with noodle or basmati rice.
