Fish Nuggets

The perfect fish nuggets recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 600 g Pollack fillet
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • 300 g Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • Salt, white pepper
  • 10 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  1. Cut the fish into bite-sized pieces. Whisk the eggs with the soy sauce in a deep plate. Prepare flour and breadcrumbs in two additional deep plates.
  2. Salt and pepper the fish pieces, then turn them in the flour, pull them through the eggs and finally turn them in the breadcrumbs. Fry until golden in the heated oil in a large pan and then place on paper towels to drain. Serve with lemon wedges.
  3. This fits e.g. a herb dip, cucumber salad, mashed potatoes, etc.
