Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slice(s) of chicken breast fillet(s) of 150 g each
  • 4 half peaches
  • 4 slices of Gouda
  • salt and pepper
  • curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the meat, pat dry, rub with salt, pepper, and curry powder, and place them side by side in an ovenproof dish. Slice the peaches and arrange them fan-shaped on top of the chicken fillets, then cover with the cheese slices. Grill for approximately 15-20 minutes at 200°C (fan oven).
