Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g turkey breast fillet(s) or chicken fillet
  • 150 g zucchini
  • 3 tbsp water
  • ½ tsp instant vegetable broth (no flavor enhancers!)
  • 2 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, dark (good quality)
  • 1 tsp oil (high-quality cold-pressed rapeseed oil or Omega 6&3 oil

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Only use oil if you’re already allowed to consume oil (forbidden during the first two weeks of the diet). First, thinly slice or dice the vegetables. Brown the meat in a nonstick pan without oil. Deglaze with the water and soup seasoning. Add the vegetables and sauté until the water has evaporated. Season everything well and fry lightly. Just before serving, add the oil (if allowed) and the vinegar. Please note that the vegetables should still have a bite. This process takes about five minutes.
