Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 200 g Brussels sprouts, cleaned
- salt water
- 50 ml milk
- some butter for frying
- 2 tbsp butter
- some salt and pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Boil the Brussels sprouts in salted water. Meanwhile, season the chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper and fry in butter until golden brown. Puree the cooked Brussels sprouts with milk, butter, and spices. Divide the chicken breast fillets among plates and add the purée. Serve with peas, carrots, and potatoes.
