Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 350 g flour
  • 300 g sugar
  • 200 g candied, chopped fruits
  • 100 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • 3 tsp gingerbread spice
  • 1 tsp clove powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 250 ml milk
  • 100 g oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 eggs
  • n. B. Sugar sprinkles, colorful
  • n. B. Chocolate coating for spreading

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

quickly prepared

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine all ingredients except the sprinkles and chocolate coating in a bowl and mix thoroughly with your hands. Pour the batter onto the baking sheet and bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes. While the gingerbread is still warm, spread the chocolate coating over the gingerbread and sprinkle the colorful sprinkles on top. I always cut the gingerbread before the chocolate has completely cooled to prevent it from crumbling.
