Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 8 slices of Parma ham
- 1 jar wild garlic pesto
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Wash the chicken breast fillets under cold running water and pat dry with kitchen paper. Brush the Parma ham slices with wild garlic pesto and wrap the fillets in it. Place the chicken breasts in an ovenproof dish. Cook in the oven at 180°C (convection oven) for approximately 30-40 minutes. The fillets are wonderfully juicy and the ham prevents them from drying out. The pesto adds a pleasant flavor. Serve with leaf salad and fresh baguette for a delicious summer meal.
