Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
delicious, low-fat quark casserole, tastes better the next day
Preheat the oven to 175°C (fan assisted). Meanwhile, break the eggs and vanilla sugar into a bowl and whisk to combine. Then add the semolina and cornstarch, stirring constantly. Finally, mix the low-fat quark and skyr with the ingredients. Now simply pour everything into a dish of your choice. I always use regular casserole dishes lined with baking paper for this casserole/cake. I always manage to fit two of them. Sprinkle the raspberries over the top and place it in the oven. Depending on the thickness of the mixture, leave the casserole in the oven for 45-60 minutes. For the last 15 minutes, slightly open the oven, e.g., by inserting a wooden spoon into the gap. This allows the moisture to escape. The total amount comes to approximately 1,282 kcal/320 kcal per person without added sugar and sweetened with sweetener.
