Chicken Breast Medallions Asian

- 6 Pc. Chicken Breast Medallions
- 1 kg Potatoes, pre-cooked the day before
- 3 tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce, Asia Sauce
- 2 tbsp Soybean oil approx.
- 0,5 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes
- 1 Pc. Thinly sliced vegetable onion
- 0,5 tsp Ground ginger
- 0,5 Tl Ground turmeric spice
- Wash the medallions, pat dry. Heat the pan with 1 tablespoon of soy oil, sear the chicken medallions on both sides, add sesame oil, 2 tablespoons of sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, chilli flakes and fry until the meat is cooked through.
- Peel the potato, cut into slices, fry on both sides in a pan plus onions with the rest of the soy oil, add 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce, sprinkle with ginger powder and turmeric and serve with the onions with the meat.
