The perfect chicken breast salad ruck-zuck … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 rest Grilled chicken breasts
- 1 kl. Can Mandarin oranges
- 6 Asparagus spears from the jar
- 1 kl. Can Mushroom slices
- 3 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Sherry brandy
- Pepper from the grinder
- Salt
- 2 Splash Tabasco
- My leftover chicken breast salad was really made in no time at all … so:
- Remove the skin from the chicken and cut into cubes. Drain the mandarins, asparagus and mushrooms, cut the asparagus into pieces and chop the mushrooms a little smaller.
- Put everything in a bowl and mix carefully with the mayo, lemon juice and sherry brandy, season with pepper, salt and Tabasco, then let it steep for a few hours in the refrigerator.
- Season to taste again, add seasoning if necessary and enjoy with a fresh slice of rustic bread.
