The perfect chicken breast salad ruck-zuck … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 rest Grilled chicken breasts
  • 1 kl. Can Mandarin oranges
  • 6 Asparagus spears from the jar
  • 1 kl. Can Mushroom slices
  • 3 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Sherry brandy
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Salt
  • 2 Splash Tabasco
  1. My leftover chicken breast salad was really made in no time at all … so:
  2. Remove the skin from the chicken and cut into cubes. Drain the mandarins, asparagus and mushrooms, cut the asparagus into pieces and chop the mushrooms a little smaller.
  3. Put everything in a bowl and mix carefully with the mayo, lemon juice and sherry brandy, season with pepper, salt and Tabasco, then let it steep for a few hours in the refrigerator.
  4. Season to taste again, add seasoning if necessary and enjoy with a fresh slice of rustic bread.
