Chicken Breast with Brown Curry Mushrooms

  • 1 big piece Chicken breast
  • 1 kl. package Mushrooms brown
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 White wine
  • 2 Cream -50%
  • Curry
  • Turmeric
  • Salt and colored pepper (mill)
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 Splash Lemon
  • 1 Rosemary sprig
  • 1 kl. drops Chili oil
  1. Add the rice water with salt and turmeric. After washing and draining the chicken, season with salt and pepper and a little curry.
  2. Fry in a pan with a little oil, add a sprig of rosemary. Then turn the temperature down a little and wait until the meat turns white inside. Turn over and over again. Finally, add a little butter and then put the meat (with the branch) aside.
  3. In this pan, fry the onions a little and add the mushrooms. As soon as the mushrooms are nice and brown, add the chopped garlic.
  4. Deglaze with a little white wine, simmer and add the spices. Later add some cream and finally put the chicken breast – sliced ​​in my case – again briefly in the sauce.
