Chicken Breast with Brown Curry Mushrooms
The perfect chicken breast with brown curry mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 big piece Chicken breast
- 1 kl. package Mushrooms brown
- 2 Onions
- 2 White wine
- 2 Cream -50%
- Curry
- Turmeric
- Salt and colored pepper (mill)
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 Splash Lemon
- 1 Rosemary sprig
- 1 kl. drops Chili oil
- Add the rice water with salt and turmeric. After washing and draining the chicken, season with salt and pepper and a little curry.
- Fry in a pan with a little oil, add a sprig of rosemary. Then turn the temperature down a little and wait until the meat turns white inside. Turn over and over again. Finally, add a little butter and then put the meat (with the branch) aside.
- In this pan, fry the onions a little and add the mushrooms. As soon as the mushrooms are nice and brown, add the chopped garlic.
- Deglaze with a little white wine, simmer and add the spices. Later add some cream and finally put the chicken breast – sliced in my case – again briefly in the sauce.
