Chicken Breast with Spinach and Feta

Ingredients
 

  • 2 Fresh chicken breast
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 300 g Frozen spinach leaves
  • 200 g Crumbled Feta
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil

Instructions
 

  • Let the spinach thaw. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Wash the chicken breasts, pat dry and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan, fry the chicken breasts all around until golden brown. Take out of the pan and place in a baking dish.
  • Possibly squeeze out the thawed spinach leaves. Then briefly toss in the roast stock of the chicken breasts through the hot pan and then spread over the same in the baking dish. Sprinkle everything with the feta crumbs and finish cooking in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
