Chicken Breast with Zucchini Alla Werner

The perfect chicken breast with zucchini alla werner recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 piece Chicken breasts
  • 1 small Zucchini
  • 1 half Parsley root
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 toe Garlic
  • 1 small Chili
  • 3 small Bottled tomatoes
  • 1 shot Cream
  • Salt, pepper, thyme, Thai curry, turmeric
  • Parmesan in one piece
  1. Wash the chicken breasts and cut into bite-sized pieces. Chop the zucchini, parsley root and tomatoes. Finely dice the onion, garlic and chilli.
  2. Sear the chicken breasts in a pan in Biskin until just done. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, sauté the onion, garlic and chilli and then add the remaining vegetables. Depending on your taste, season with thyme, salt and pepper and wait until the zucchini pieces start to soften. Return the chicken breast pieces to the pan and season well with Thai curry and turmeric. Pour in a dash of cream and bring to the boil for a short time. Finally rub the Parmesan cheese over it with a coarse grater and fold in slightly so that the cheese melts.
