Spaghetti with red Sauce
The perfect spaghetti with red sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Spaghetti
- 30 g Margerine
- 60 g Flour
- 500 ml Milk 1.5%
- 250 ml Water
- 2 tsp Vegetable broth powder
- 2,5 tbsp Tomato paste
- Pepper, Maggi. oregano
- Cook the spaghetti
- Melt the margerine in a saucepan
- Add the flour, stir
- gradually add the milk and water (on a medium-low flame), always stirring with a whisk. Stir, stir, stir – no lumps are formed
- Add the stock, stir in the tomato paste, season with the spices
- We also had a small onion finely diced and fried with bacon strips
