Ingredients
 

  • 3 Chicken breasts a 150 gr
  • 2 tbsp Medium hot mustard
  • 3 NS. Gouda cheese
  • 6 NS. Bacon
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 150 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • Wash the meat and pat dry, brush with mustard and wrap first with cheese, then with bacon.
  • Let the oil get hot in the roaster and fry the meat on both sides. Deglaze with broth and pepper.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cook the meat for another 25 minutes.
  • Take out and stir in cold butter into the stock, season again if necessary.
