Ingredients
- 3 Chicken breasts a 150 gr
- 2 tbsp Medium hot mustard
- 3 NS. Gouda cheese
- 6 NS. Bacon
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Pepper from the grinder
- 150 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- Wash the meat and pat dry, brush with mustard and wrap first with cheese, then with bacon.
- Let the oil get hot in the roaster and fry the meat on both sides. Deglaze with broth and pepper.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cook the meat for another 25 minutes.
- Take out and stir in cold butter into the stock, season again if necessary.
