Chicken Breast Wrapped in Bacon

The perfect chicken breast wrapped in bacon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Chicken breasts a 150 gr
  • 2 tbsp Medium hot mustard
  • 3 NS. Gouda cheese
  • 6 NS. Bacon
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 150 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  1. Wash the meat and pat dry, brush with mustard and wrap first with cheese, then with bacon.
  2. Let the oil get hot in the roaster and fry the meat on both sides. Deglaze with broth and pepper.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cook the meat for another 25 minutes.
  4. Take out and stir in cold butter into the stock, season again if necessary.
