Chicken Breast Wrapped in Sesame
The perfect chicken breast wrapped in sesame recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 4 Chicken breasts about 500 grams
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- 1 Egg
- 2 tablespoon Sesame
peanut sauce
- 2 tablespoon Hot peppers
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 250 ml Vegetable broth
- 4 tablespoon Peanut cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 Peaches
Chicken breasts
- Wash the chicken breasts, pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Whisk the egg on a plate. Place the flour and sesame seeds on a plate each.
- Now, one after the other, bread the chicken breasts in flour, then in egg and sesame seeds
- Let a pan hot, rub in some oil with a kitchen towel and fry the chicken breasts on both sides for approx. 4 minutes until golden
- Wrap the chicken breasts in some aluminum foil and keep them warm in the oven at 50c for about 10 to 15 minutes until the sauce is ready, the breasts are then nice and tender.

- Remove the peppers from the kernels, peel the garlic, cut both into small pieces and fry briefly in the gravy.
- Now deglaze with the coconut milk and the vegetable stock and bring to the boil, add the peached, peeled and diced peaches
- Stir in the peanut cream and mix everything well until it has a creamy consistency, season with salt and pepper.
Serving
- Take the chicken breasts out of the oven and cut them into oblique pieces.
- Put the rice on a plate, add the chicken breast and pour the sauce over it and then let it taste
