Chicken Breast Zoodles

The perfect chicken breast zoodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

To taste

  • 50 g Carrot
  • 50 g Paprika
  • 100 g Chicken breast
  • 30 g Spring onion
  • 20 g Sour cream 10% fat
  • 50 ml Tomato sauce (recipe in my cookbook)
  • 1 ml Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Other spices or herbs
  1. Use a knife, spiral cutter or julienne peeler to cut the zucchini and carrot into long, very thin strips (like spaghetti). Cut the chicken breast and bell pepper into thin strips. Cut the spring onion into fine rings.
  2. Fry the chicken breast in a little oil (I have a sprayer of fire oil that can be used very sparingly and is super dosed), season with salt and pepper, remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. Fry the paprika and carrot in the pan for 3 minutes, add the zucchini and fry everything for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, add spring onion and chicken breast and heat everything for 1 minute.
  4. Finally mix in the sour cream and tomato sauce. (if necessary, thicken a little with a little cornstarch mixed in cold water)

Tip:

  1. Depending on your taste, you can of course take more or less or only zucchini or only carrot or whatever vegetables can be cut into strips: The most common are mostly zucchini (hence the name (noodels + zucchini = zoodles)) have fun and enjoy Enjoy the meal 😉
