a chicken burger without breading
Combine honey, oil, teriyaki sauce, and poultry seasoning. Brush the fillet with it and marinate in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Combine the sour cream, ketchup, garlic sauce, and brandy, season with Tabasco if desired, and let it marinate in the refrigerator. Half an hour before cooking, remove the meat and sauce from the refrigerator. Cut open the burger bun and toast it lightly in a toaster. Toast the ham in a non-stick pan without any additional fat until crispy. Drain on kitchen paper. In the same pan, brown the chicken fillet on both sides in the ham fat. Reduce the heat to the lowest setting, cover, and let it cook for 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillet, turning occasionally. During the last 3 minutes, top with the ham and then the cheese, allowing it to melt. Spread the sauce on both halves of the burger buns. Cover the bottom half with a lettuce leaf, add tomato slices and chicken fillet with ham and cheese, top with onion rings and cover with the top half of the bun.
