with Romanesco and a super delicious sauce

Divide the Romanesco into small florets, wash and cook in salted water until al dente. Wash the chicken schnitzels and pat dry with some kitchen paper. Flatten them and season both sides with a little salt and pepper. Top each schnitzel with a slice of cheese, cooked ham and another slice of cheese, then fold them together and secure them with toothpicks. For the sauce, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, milk and a little salt. Preheat the oven to 250°C. Heat a little oil in a pan and sear the schnitzels on both sides. Then place them in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them. Place in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
