Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g chicken breast
- 1 can peach(s)
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 2 cups sour cream
- curry powder
- Salt
- pepper
- vegetable broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes
Cut the chicken breast into very small pieces and cook in vegetable broth until tender. Remove the chicken from the broth and let it cool. Drain the peaches and cut them into small pieces. Wash the spring onions and slice them into thin rings. Mix the chicken, peaches, and spring onions in a bowl with the sour cream. Season with curry, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for a while and then enjoy, best with a baguette.
