Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 600 g chicken breast
- 500 g gnocchi
- 2 small onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp, heaped curry powder
- n. B. Curry paste, red
- 1 tbsp Ajvar, hot
- 200 g feta cheese
- 150 ml olive oil
- 100 ml balsamic vinegar, lighter
- salt and pepper
- ½ tsp turmeric
Instructions

Pat the chicken breast dry, cut into small pieces, season lightly with pepper, and place in a covered bowl. Place the remaining ingredients, except for the gnocchi, in a mixing bowl. Chop the onions, garlic, and feta cheese into small pieces, then add them to the bowl and puree with a hand blender until the marinade becomes a paste. Pour this over the chicken pieces and mix everything together to ensure the meat is completely coated. Place the lid on the bowl and let it stand to marinate for at least 1 hour (as usual with marinating, the longer the better). Place everything in a large pan and sear the meat and marinade. Meanwhile, cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions for about 2-3 minutes. They are ready when they rise to the top. Remove the gnocchi from the water and add them to the pan. Let the whole thing marinate for about 10 minutes over low heat, then serve.
