Chicken with potatoes in the oven

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 chicken legs
  • 4 potatoes
  • Spice mix for poultry
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • possibly garlic
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat oven to 200°C. Season the drumsticks and place them in the oven. Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1 cm thick slices. Brush one side of the potatoes with oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic, if desired. About 20 minutes before the chicken is ready, add the potato slices to the baking sheet with the chicken drumsticks and let them braise. When the potatoes are tender, remove the baking sheet, divide them among plates, and serve immediately.
