Chicken Doner Alla Tina! 🙂

The perfect chicken doner alla tina! 🙂 recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Chicken:

  • 350 g Fresh chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 0,5 tsp Ground cumin
  • 0,5 tsp Freshly ground coriander
  • 0,5 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Seasoned salt from my KB
  • 1 tsp Garlic pepper from my KB
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Clove powder

Filling:

  • 100 g Red cabbage leaves
  • 1 Fresh onion
  • 100 g Iceberg lettuce

Sauce:

  • 125 g Lowfat quark
  • 125 g Yogurt 10% fat
  • 2 Toes Garlic fresh, pressed
  • 1 tsp Seasoned salt from my KB
  • 1 tsp Garlic pepper from my KB
  • 2 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp Parsley
  • 2 tsp Spice preparation: sheep cheese. See image! 🙂

Loaf:

  • 2 Kebab bread from my KB!

Chicken:

  1. Finely chop the chicken and marinate in oil and all of the above spices and herbs for at least an hour! Then heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken until crispy! Possibly season again!

Sauce:

  1. In the meantime, mix the low-fat quark and yoghurt with the above ingredients well and season a little if necessary.
  2. Finely chop red cabbage and iceberg lettuce and wash! Peel the onion and cut into rings. Mix the red cabbage, lettuce and onion rings well!
  3. Cut a bag into the bread and first fill it with some red cabbage salad mixture, then some sauce, then the chicken, again sauce, then salad, sauce, chicken …
  4. Tomatoes are usually in there too. But we don’t like raw tomatoes! You can fill it however you like! 🙂
