Ingredients
 

Dough:

  • 25 g Yeast fresh
  • 125 ml Warm water / depending on the type of flour + -
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 500 g Spelt flour

To top:

  • 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Sesame black

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees!

  • Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. Stir in the salt and oil. Add flour and knead everything well! I'll let the bread maker do it! 🙂 Let it go for 45 minutes!
  • Knead the dough again and divide into 4 parts. Form 4 flat cakes and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let it go for another 10 minutes!
  • Brush with oil and put sesame seeds on top. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
  • You can eat the bread as it is, with grilled or gratinated with cheese and tomatoes etc. etc.
