Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken legs
- 250 ml coconut milk
- 1 tsp lemongrass
- 6 cardamom capsules
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 10 g fresh ginger
- some oil, neutral
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Briefly sear the chicken thighs on all sides. Meanwhile, crush the spices with the garlic and ginger in a mortar and pestle, along with a little neutral oil. Remove the meat from the pan and briefly bring the coconut milk and crushed spices to a boil. Then transfer everything to a casserole dish and cook at 170°C for about 45 minutes.
