Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 800 g chicken thigh(s) without skin
- 12 slice(s) raw ham, lean
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce, e.g. B. Lion mustard BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Thai curry powder, red
- 1 tsp chili, hot, yellow
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Remove the skin from the chicken thighs and loosen the meat from the bones, push it up, and wrap it with the lean ham. Mix the sauce and spices and marinate the thighs. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan oven) for about 25 minutes. Serve with French fries.
