Chicken Fillet with Balsamic Sauce

- 2 Chicken breast fillet
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 bunch Spring onions
- 400 g Mushrooms
- 250 ml Chicken broth
- 4 tbsp Honey liquid
- 6 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- Salt pepper
- Wash the meat, pat dry and season.
- Fry in hot oil in a pan for about 12-15 minutes.
- Clean the spring onions and cut into pieces.
- Clean and quarter the mushrooms.
- Take the chicken fillets out of the pan and fry the vegetables in the frying fat for about 5 minutes while turning.
- Deglaze with broth.
- Season to taste with honey and vinegar, sweet and sour.
- Bring to the boil again and season with salt and pepper.
