Chicken Fillet with Balsamic Sauce

The perfect chicken fillet with balsamic sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Chicken breast fillet
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 bunch Spring onions
  • 400 g Mushrooms
  • 250 ml Chicken broth
  • 4 tbsp Honey liquid
  • 6 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt pepper
  1. Wash the meat, pat dry and season.
  2. Fry in hot oil in a pan for about 12-15 minutes.
  3. Clean the spring onions and cut into pieces.
  4. Clean and quarter the mushrooms.
  5. Take the chicken fillets out of the pan and fry the vegetables in the frying fat for about 5 minutes while turning.
  6. Deglaze with broth.
  7. Season to taste with honey and vinegar, sweet and sour.
  8. Bring to the boil again and season with salt and pepper.
