Chicken from Packet

The perfect chicken from packet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Peppers yellow
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 1 Onion
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon (level) Sweet paprika
  • 2 Chicken fillets
  • 1 Glass Feta cubes – inlaid with herbs
  • 2 tbsp Oil marinade from feta
  • 2 Sheets Parchment paper
  • Kitchen twine
  1. Place baking paper side by side. Peel, quarter and cut the bell pepper into strips. Also peel the onion, cut in half and cut into thin rings. Mix the paprika with the feta and onions and season well with salt and pepper. Spread half of the mixture on the baking paper. Mix the oil and paprika powder and brush the chicken fillets with it, season with salt and pepper, then place on the paprika filling. Fold the paper together and tie the ends with kitchen thread.
  2. Place the packets on a tray and cook in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 25 minutes.
