Avocado Salad

The perfect avocado salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Fresh avocado
  • 1 Baby peppers
  • 3 Physalis
  • 1 half Shallot
  • 3 Rosemary needles
  • 1 tablespoon Freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 disc Chopped ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil fruity
  • 2 Pinches Sugar
  1. Divide the avocado (not too soft), core, peel and cut into small cubes. Wash the peppers, clean, core and cut into rings. Remove the outer leaves from the physalis and cut into slices. Finely chop the ginger and rosemary needles. Cut the shallot into rings.
  2. Mix these ingredients together. Whisk the olive oil with the orange juice and sugar and pour over the salad. Season to taste with a little salt and pepper. Let rest for 1 hour at room temperature.
