Chicken gnocchi casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g chicken fillet(s)
  • 1 package of gnocchi
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 250 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 500 g cream cheese
  • 1 onion(s)
  • possibly salt and pepper
  • 1 package of bacon
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • 50 g Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Finely chop the chicken. Brown in a pan with a little oil. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté everything, then add the passata and cream cheese. Mix well and season to taste. Finally, add the corn. Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions. Place everything in a baking dish. Fry the bacon in the pan until crispy and place on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and finely chopped mozzarella, and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 30 minutes.
