Ingredients for 8 servings:
- salt and pepper
- 2 kg chicken breast
- 1 large onion(s)
- 2 cups of cream
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- Parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
when things need to go quickly
Cut the chicken breast into cubes and fry in hot oil. Finely chop the onion and add it. Deglaze with cream and sour cream and simmer for about 5-10 minutes (depending on the size of the meat cubes). Finally, add the garlic and parsley and season with salt and pepper.
