Turkey – zucchini – strips

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g turkey meat
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 small can of tomatoes
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper
  • curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the turkey into small pieces. Peel the onion and dice it. Then quarter the zucchini lengthwise and also cut it into pieces. First, brown the turkey. Then add the onions and let them become slightly translucent. Next, add the zucchini cubes, the can of tomatoes, and the cup of crème fraîche. Season with salt, pepper, and plenty of curry powder. Then simmer the whole thing at medium heat for about 20 minutes. Tastes delicious with rice.
