Chicken Gourmet Pan

- 1 Onion
- 1 Red Bell pepper
- 750 g Fresh broccoli
- Salt pepper
- 4 Chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 200 g Cream
- 200 g Milk
- 150 g Blue cheese
- 2 tbsp Food starch
- 50 g Grated cheese
- Finely dice the onion. Peel and dice the paprika. Divide the broccoli into small florets and cook in salted boiling water for approx. 5 minutes.
- Salt and pepper the chicken breasts. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the meat for approx. 2 minutes on each side, remove and place in a baking dish. Spread the broccoli on top.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C
- Heat the rest of the oil and fry the diced onions in it. Add the pepper cubes and sauté briefly. Mix the cream and milk and deglaze the onion and pepper mixture with it. Remove the rind from the blue cheese and let it melt in the sauce. Bring the sauce to the boil and thicken with the mixed cornstarch. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
