Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of chicken hearts
- 2 onions, diced
- 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper(s), diced
- 3 spring onions
- 1 shot of red wine
- 1 dash of soy sauce
- some oil
- 1 chili pepper(s) to taste
- some pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Heat oil in a pan, add diced onions, and sauté. Add the hearts and fry. Add garlic, chili, and diced bell peppers and fry. Deglaze with wine and simmer. Add spring onions and soy sauce, and season with pepper.
