Cut the chicken into bite-sized strips. Melt the butter in a pan and brown the chicken strips all over. Season with chicken seasoning and/or paprika, pepper, and salt. Cut the Camembert into large cubes, add it, and let it melt slightly. Pour in the liquid heavy cream and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally so the Camembert melts into the sauce. Wash the parsley, shake it dry, and roughly chop it. Add the parsley to the dish just before serving and stir briefly, but do not allow it to cook. If you like, you can serve it with low-carb pasta or low-carb bread. This dish can also be eaten on its own. Nutritional values for 1 serving: 3 g carbs, 65 g protein, 895 kcal, 70 g fat.
