Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 2 cubes of stock
- 250g basmati
- 750 g water, warm
- 250 g liquid (cooking liquid)
- 200 g sweet cream
- 1 can of fruit (cocktail fruit) with juice
- 3 tbsp flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp curry

for the Thermomix TM 21 and 31
Cut the chicken breast fillet into strips approximately 1 cm wide and place them in the Varoma tray. Add the stock cube to the mixing bowl. Hang the basmati rice in the cooking basket in the mixing bowl. Pour warm water over the rice in the pot. Place the Varoma on the lid and set it on Varoma level 2 for 15 minutes. Set the Varoma and cooking liquid aside. Place 250 g of the cooking liquid into the mixing bowl along with the sweet cream, the juice from the can, flour, salt and curry powder and cook for 2 minutes at 100°C on level 4. Add the fruit to the sauce and allow to heat through for 1 minute. Do not switch the TM on again! In the meantime, put the chicken breast fillet pieces in a bowl and pour the sauce over them. Serve with the rice.
