Tuna sandwich spread, from a USA cookbook

The tuna is shredded and mixed with the other ingredients. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Then the bread is spread with the mixture and topped with tomato slices. A second slice of bread is placed on top. The type of bread doesn’t matter; it also tastes good with German bread.
