Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 servings of chicken (legs, wings, or breast)
- 3 tbsp honey
- 5 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tbsp mustard, hot
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp white pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
Prepare a marinade from the ingredients except the meat, ideally letting the meat marinate overnight. Brush with oil and grill, turning occasionally, brushing with the remaining marinade if desired. The pieces are cooked when the juices run clear when pierced. You can also pan-fry them in plenty of oil.
