Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 100 ml liqueur, orange
- 200 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp all-spice
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 2 tsp sea salt, coarse
- 2 tsp oregano, chopped
- 2 tbsp cane sugar
- Pepper, from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Rinse the chicken breast fillets under cold water and pat dry. Combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Place the chicken breast fillets in a plastic bag, pour the marinade over them, and seal the bag tightly. Marinate the fillets at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Remove from the bag, drain, and grill over direct heat for 3-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
