Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g turkey breast
- 8 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 tbsp liquid honey
- 4 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 pinch of garlic granules
- 2 tbsp raspberry vinegar
- 1 tsp oregano, shredded
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Slice the turkey breast. Take a 2-liter bowl and fill it with all the spices and mix. Marinate the turkey steaks in it and let them marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Grill the marinated turkey steaks directly on the hot grill.
