Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 chicken breast fillets
- n. B. salt and pepper, black
- Paprika powder
- 1 bell pepper(s), color of your choice
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 200 g cream
- 100 ml water
- 1 tsp vegetable broth, instant
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- ½ tsp white pepper
- n. B. Edam cheese, grated
- some oil

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
tastes almost like Maggi packets
Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic, add both to a pan with a little oil, and fry. Then gradually add all the spices to the onions and finally deglaze with the cream. Next, add the water and crème fraîche. Bring everything to a boil briefly and then pour over the meat. Sprinkle with cheese, if desired. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 200°C (400°F) at top and bottom heat. Rice goes very well with this. Tip: Tastes like it comes from a Maggi packet (paprika cream chicken).
