Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 ciabatta, for baking
- 1 large onion(s)
- n. B. garlic
- 1 pack of grated cheese (any kind)
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- Salt
- e.g. oregano
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- e.g. mayonnaise
- 100 g sausage (various, according to taste)

quick, quite high in calories (but totally delicious) – great use of sausage
Finely chop the onion and bell pepper, and cut the sausage into squares or small pieces. Add garlic to taste. Then add a cup of crème fraîche, and if you like, add 1-2 tablespoons of mayo (not required). Season and mix well. Cut the two ciabattas in half lengthwise and spread/place 1/4 of the mixture on each half. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 160-180 degrees Celsius for about 15-20 minutes. Serve with tomato, cucumber, or mixed salad.
